We were the purchasers of a property that Claire represented to the market. The process for the vendors and ourselves was very smooth with prompt feedback and responses and good support in regards to any questions during the negotiation process as well as added general insights into the dynamics of the market in the area.

We met Claire at an inspection for another property. When we asked what else she had coming up she mentioned another that she felt would suit our needs. We followed up & she managed to arrange an inspection before it hit the market. We ended up successfully purchasing before it was advertised publicly. Throughout the whole process Claire has been fair, honest & responsive. No pressure tactics or real estate BS gimmicks here. She is friendly, reasonable & we really appreciate all she did to help us buy our first family home 🙏

Claire presents with a great knowledge of our local market. Her welcomed experiences made our sales relationship very easy. Her patience and professionalism was second to none and was the sole reason for my very quick sale. Claire was available to chat whenever it was needed any day or time of the week Thank you Claire. You have made my dreams and aspirations come to fruition.

Thanks Claire for your efforts helping us. Appreciate your local knowledge and taking an interest in our renovation and future rental enquires.

Re Claire Nunn. If you are planning to sell or buy a property, put a lot of effort into securing Claire as your agent. I invited Claire to do a property appraisal for me and began asking questions on how this is done in the real world. Claire was all over it, she was able to answer every question I had as well as provide additional information I didn’t know I needed. This was my first glimpse of Claire’s professionalism, and this just became more obvious during every step of the “selling your house” process. Claire was able to introduce me to others who would also assist me to complete all the necessary paperwork and applications. Claire is well respected by others, who are happy to advise that they admire her work ethic, and then on top of that they vouch that she is a genuinely nice person. I agree with this. I have never once been made to feel like a nuisance. Claire has always responded promptly to resolve problems. Selling a property is an exciting thing to do but it does come with its challenges in relation to legal requirements. Claire understands this process well and she freely gives advice and guidance. Claire supported me throughout the entire process. I would like to state that I would recommend Claire unreservedly. Thanks again Claire.

Claire was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Her knowledge of the region, response times and guidance throughout the inspection and purchasing process was excellent. I highly recommend Claire's service as an agent.

We recently bought a house off market with Claire. She was quick to help during lockdown with instructions on when and how to visit safely, and then managed the negotiations efficiently and honestly. We never had to wait for an answer as Claire always replied when she said she would. She also gave us excellent information about the local area. Thanks to Claire the whole process was very easy. Thanks Claire!!

Claire was professional and friendly from our first meeting and responsive in all our communications. She looked after the needs of the vendor whilst being respectful and patient with us as prospective buyers. Claire was willing and able to create the opportunity for us to visit the home again whilst maintaining the requirements of Covid 19 restrictions. Thank you Claire for your support in finding us our Forever Home.

Claire was really helpful In assisting us in our purchase. Claire communicated with us regularly and helped us through a stressful situation. Highly recommend Claire !

Claire Nunn showed her appreciation to us for selecting her to market our property. She gave a realistic valuation but was prepared to work for our best interest. She offered a full marketing plan for us to choose from, then implemented it. The photos of our home were very good showing it in a good light. She negotiated with the prospecting buyers with a good outcome.

Claire worked tirelessly for us from day one right to the end..she is a true professional in her job & kept us updated regularly..I would highly recommend Claire even if you are only "thinking" about selling, she will have the job done & dusted before you know it..

Claire’s pre and post sales assistance made the whole process seamless and hassle free
