Claire was amazing from the day I met her. She was professional, punctual & easy going. Her market knowledge was very accurate, and with this she was able to achieve an amazing, way above our expectations, sale price, within a very short time! We were very happy from beginning to end! Amazing experience☺️

Right from start we felt that Claire was the one for us and she proved us correct. Claire was approachable, punctual, knowledgable and displayed excellent communication skills. She gave good advice regarding presenation and styling to maximise appeal. She was backed by a team with a terrific track record regarding coastal waterfront properties. We couldn't be happier with the outcome - a sales record for the area. We have no hesitation in recommending Claire at First National, Shoalhaven Heads,

Claire was in charge of the sale of my townhouse in Gerringong. She exceeded my expectations in the results she delivered. The whole process was very professional and communication was clear and she made sure I was constantly updated as needed. Advice was always given but ultimately she always gave us freedom to make our own decision. I would more than happily recommend Claire. Thanks for all your hard work.

Claire is an absolute delight to work with. She was always available and clearly and honestly communicated throughout the whole process from searching for a property in the area all the way to settlement. She kept me well informed and updated on the local market and was a great support when the right property came up for me. She has a very positive, warm and friendly approach which made it so much easier. Thanks from a happy home owner!

Claire is professional, attentive and her service is second to none. She is an amazing agent who listens and communicates well. Claire’s honest and open approach ensured a smooth process from start to finish even with some slight delays from the purchaser. I can’t recommend her highly enough, there’s no one else we would have to sell our home. Claire is knowledgeable and passionate and this shows through. Thanks for your hard work.

Claire was very close to the market as to what she estimated the price to be.

Thanks Claire for finding us a great villa and thanks for answering all questions we had for you.A great service and very much appreciated.

Claire's knowledge of the property itself and local market knowledge was invaluable when making a decision to purchase the property. Open and timely communication was a feature of Claire's excellent service, and being straight forward in the negotiation process made all the difference. Highly recommend Claire as a selling or buying agent.

Claire has previously sold property for us and when contemplating putting our current house on the market, we didn’t even give it a second thought of which real estate agent we would choose. We contacted Claire straight away and as always, she was helpful and went out of her way to make sure the process was as smooth as possible. Claire is a very genuine and honest real estate agent who looks out for both her vendors and purchasers - and achieves great results in the process. We would not hesitate in recommending Claire and the team at First National Coast and Country to anyone!

Despite having the same surname, Claire and I are not related. But judging by the level of trust I had in her throughout my negotiations, we may as well have been. I suspect that her straightforward manner and open and honest approach would make all her clients feel as if they were dealing with a trusted family member. Claire was always professional, helpful and pleasant and made what could have been a stressful experience surprisingly easy. Graham Nunn

I was very confident in using Claire as my agent. Her professionalism made me comfortable in the decision I made to sell my property. I highly recommend her if you want a very satisfying outcome and an experience that makes you feel you were well looked after.

Claire looked after the sale of our mother's deceased estate. It was a difficult time for us and she was very compassionate and sensitive to our needs. As we live in Sydney she attended to things to ensure the property remained presented, right down to watering the garden. Whilst mum's house sold for a very good price, it did sell in a sellers market so was very easy to sell. Her local knowledge certainly gave us the confidence to list with her.
