Our purchase was reasonably complex in that it involved funds from my brother-in-law, who is resident off shore, and my in-laws who live 7 hours drive away. As a result there were delays with some legal communications and transfers. At all times during the negotiations, legal communications and final exchange we found Claire to be extremely personable, respectful of our situation and honest.
