Claire was professional, available and very helpful during the sale of our house. She managed our sale very well and it was sold quickly without any issues. She has good local knowledge of the area and we would recommend her to anyone wanting a professional sales experience.
We came in contact with Claire over the last few months in relation to looking for property in the Shoalhaven heads area. We found her to be professional with all our dealings. We did find a property that she had for sale and with smooth negotiations we exchanged on this property. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. Both herself and the office have been a pleasure to deal with.
Claire is professional, yet friendly and approachable. Her communication was fantastic throughout the whole process. Our house was sold exactly in the timeframe she gave us, and for the price she estimated. Even after the sale, she was happy to help us with various issues. I’m recommending her to all my friends in the area.
Claire has worked very professionally in securing a sale for our property displaying great communication skills, market knowledge and compassion. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell in the future
Claire was the agent for a property I was purchasing in a volatile market. I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism during this period: she provided regular updates on the status of offers for the property and appropriate time to provide an alternative offer. When my loan approval was delayed due to bank bureaucracy, Claire was very patient in managing the vendors' expectations.
The whole experience was stress free, professional and enjoyable. Claire was a joy to work with.
Claire was very professional and didn’t stuff around. We had 1 open house and within 5 days papers were exchanged. Claire is very helpful and would recommend. We will use her again.
We couldn’t be happier with the wonderful service Claire provided us. Right from the beginning, Claire’s knowledge of the market and how to ensure our home sold for the best price was amazing. Her communication through the sales process was exceptional keeping us updated every step of the way. Thank you Claire, we are thrilled with your service and our result.
Claire is an amazing agent, she has exceptional knowledge of the local market and was always available to give advice and answer questions. Her marketing plan resulted in the sale of our property for above what we were expecting and we’d have no hesitation in utilising her services again. Highly recommended!
Claire was very helpful throughout the whole process. She went beyond the call of duty to ensure everyone was on the same page and that communications flowed to all parties without any hiccups. We're thankful for all the work Claire has put into making our deal work-out.
