One of our clients recently purchased a property listed by Claude & Hayley. We were so impressed by their level of service that we felt the need to leave a review. These are a few examples: • The amount of disclosure was commendable. Few agents make available to the buyers the information available in a Section 43 Certificate. The minutes of last AGM gives the buyer at least some knowledge of the financial health of the Body Corporate and some idea of any future plan/need for expenditure. To make this (and other info) available on your website is great. • Their willingness to accept an offer which includes a Due Diligence Annexure. In my experience most agents strenuously resist this, leaving the buyer wondering what the selling is trying to hide. In today’s market I would have thought a seller is better off getting an offer with Due Diligence than no offer at all. • Their efforts to have the property ready for inspection with the relevant checklist. This one didn’t quite go accordingly to plan despite their best efforts. • Going out of their way on the morning of settlement to have contractors attend to the issues identified in the final inspection. Selling a house is stressful enough and selling my house from the other side of the world was double stress but Claude and Hayley took so many of my worries away and left me feeling as though I had true friends working on my behalf. They had to work with the time difference issues and me calling on them out of business hours but at no time did they make me feel as though I was inconveniencing them. On the contrary, they went out of their way (even during a gym session at one point) to help me with my concerns during settlement. They arranged everything for me.
