I cannot rate Claude more highly. A tricky line up of issues had to be negotiated and overcome and Claude was an absolute cool, clam professional and navigated his way through to a successful outcome for all. No BS or hard sell, just straightforward and honest and a pleasure to deal with.

I would highly recommend Claude as a selling agent for any property. He took on the selling of my unit (in a difficult market), with enthusiasm and confidence and due to his hard work and tenacity the unit sold at a price with which I was satisfied. He generated interest from potential buyers and methodically followed up on that interest. Claude's communication was excellent as was his salesmanship. Far better than most agents I interacted with while looking for a house, very thorough documentation and fair transparent negotiation process and providing details like strata meeting minutes quickly. Minor details I didn't appreciate were being told not to make an issue out of fixing the shower doors because I got the property at a good price (I was aware the owners were under no obligation to do so as it was found after signing the contract) and when I requested the keys for settlement day and was told the owners would be vacating by midday the next day, which I was aware they are entitled to but when I queried this with Hayley, Claude's Assistant, I was told that 'this isn't her first rodeo', sassy sure, but could of been a bit more professional. Again to reiterate these are minor points but that's why I scored some aspects lower but overall it was a positive experience and would recommend Claude.

We had such a pleasant experience selling our property with Claude and Hayley! Claude suggested a realistic selling price. The property was sold in three weeks in a questionable market. Communication was fantastic. It was never a bad time to call or email. Would definitely use Claude and Hayley again to sell another property.

Claude was very knowledgeable about the suburb, having grown up there locally. He had a friendly, relaxed manner and was timely and honest in dealing with us as buyers, which was appreciated. I think he got a good result for the buyers and the sellers. Hayley managed the process leading up to settlement, and she was available and responsive when we had questions. She was very friendly during the inspections and before and after settlement. All in all, their involvement made the buying experience easier and more enjoyable for us!

Claude was the best agent I could of asked for to help me through the sale of my family home . Not only was he completely professional but very empathetic to the situation of going through divorce and myself and my children leaving our home of over 10 years .
