My wife and I recently purchased a property and the sale was managed by Claude Iaconi. We found Claude to be professional, honest and fair. He made the purchase process simple and straightforward and we were impressed with knowledge of the local area. It was a pleasurable experience for us.

We’ve lived in the inner city for more than 20 years and Claude is the only agent to consider for the Perth, Northbridge and Highgate areas. His knowledge of the area and the market combined with his excellent advice resulted in a quick sale at a great price. Claude listens, guides and takes great care of his clients. A great experience and result.

Claude gave great advice of how to maximise our sale price. I would recommend Claude for anyone wanting to sell their property. His local knowledge & awareness of the market gave us confidence in getting a great result.

Claude was very helpful and professional in all his dealings with us. Highly recommend him

Claude was fantastic to work with. His knowledge, expertise and Professional manner were outstanding. With a warm open manner and friendly advise , Claude helped us achieve a great outcome for our property.

Claude was super helpful in the purchasing process which went smoother than I had expected as a first home buyer. His professional advice and guidance was greatly appreciated! Thanks Claude

Claude was committed to getting us a result on our property which had a few challenges! He met with multiple buyers and persisted to make sure we got the best possible outcome. Would highly recommend.

I had a truly excellent experience having Claude's advice and professional service selling my home. It was a very difficult period for me and Claude was there every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Edison Property, to anyone. His knowledge of the market and the way he dealt with all comers and offers was incredible. I'm certain nobody could have done a better job!

Claude is a very knowledgeable, experienced and active agent in the inner Perth area. The sale of our townhouse required some disclosures which Claude handled professionally and ultimately secured a price we were very happy with. There were some minor mix ups around dates and times of some appointments and a few occasions where I had to chase him for certain updates, however overall we enjoyed his friendly and personable approach and would highly recommend him to others.

Claude was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the area we wanted to purchase in. The whole buying process went very smoothly. Claude was always contactable and ready to answer any questions we had. We would definitely use Claude in the future.

We first met Claude when searching for homes in our chosen area. He was helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to provide advice. A couple of years later, we knew Claude was our agent of choice for selling our home. Claude gave us a realistic expectation of what to expect and great advice about preparing the home. Once on the market, Claude kept us informed on the progress of the open homes, successfully landing us more multiple offers, helping us to make the ultimate decision on the new owners of the house. We are over the moon with the result from sale. Thank you Claude!

Claude has a high degree of market insight and made the purchasing experience as easy as possible. He communicated clearly during the negotiation and settlement periods. In a competitive market, Claude didn’t rush or pressure, rather he encouraged taking time to make the right decision. Claude also shared insights about the local community and CBD living which assisted us in making our decision to purchase.
