The purchase of my home went very well from the moment I rang to enquire about the property through to settlement. Claude was very professional and particularly good at keeping the lines of communication flowing. He was knowledgeable about the property, surrounding area and current market. I highly recommend Claude and Edison Property.

Claude Laconie of Edison Central exceeded all expectations as my real estate agent. From the outset, his advice was invaluable, leading to the sale of my property at a record price for the complex. Claude's exceptional communication skills ensured I was kept informed every step of the way, and he was always accessible for any queries or concerns. I highly recommend him for anyone seeking top-notch real estate guidance and results.

Thank you, Claude! Your expertise in marketing the townhouse and your insightful approach made selling it truly worthwhile. We were thrilled that you managed to sell our house for a record price, exceeding our expectations. Your sales strategy for the townhouse was impeccable and executed flawlessly. This marks the second time we've worked with you to sell a house, and your professionalism and guidance consistently make it a pleasure. Your availability to address any questions we had further emphasises why we highly recommend you!

Claude worked hard with us one-on-one to determine our needs and understand what we wanted out of the sale. It was not as straight forward as a standard house sale due to our need to avoid disrupting our young children with a rushed move. After this Claude worked diligently to assist us to get the best price for our property, on the terms that suited us to ensure our young family were not inconvenienced. We were very happy with the end result and would highly recommend Claude.

Claude was professional and diligent. He went above and beyond to ensure communication between myself and the seller was clear and quick. Thankyou Claude

I had dream run working with Claude. From the beginning his relaxed friendly manner put me at ease. Claude listened to my concerns and explained his approach to marketing and selling my property. I could tell his experience and knowledge of the industry was exceptional. His advice and guidance throughout the whole process proved to be a winner and we achieved an outstanding result. My property sold within a short timeframe for a price that exceeded my expectations. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you Claude.

We so appreciated Claude’s guidance and support through the process of selling our beloved cottage. Claude is a great communicator and has a pragmatic outlook, he gave us really sound advice and helped us achieve a record price in our area. Thanks so much Claude!

Me and my family are very satisfied with Claude’s service in helping us in buying our first apartment. He was very friendly and have great communication skills whilst explaining clearly each step of the way needed for the process. I would highly recommend his service to anyone I meet because of how amazing he is.

Claude was great at providing the right advice on how the best way to sell my apartment. At the beginning, the property was leased, which meant at least three months before being able to put the property on the market. During that time he still managed to organise all the right paperwork to then be able to put the market in the shortest time possible (after tenant vacated). As I lived in the other side of the country, Claude was fantastic at getting the home ready and presentable, from organising painters, electrician and hired furniture. It meant that I didn't have to be there in person or make phone calls and hope things happen, which was great! We came across a few stumbles from the buyer which delayed settlement (no faults from Claude), but he kept me informed of every step as news came in. Really exceptional service from Claude, from enquiry to settlement. Thank you!

First home buyer and so was slightly unsure what to expect. The process was smooth and Claude made sure I had all the information and more. Turnaround times were fast & I’ll go to Claude again in the future.

Claude knew a lot about the north Perth area as a lifetime resident there. He was refreshingly relaxed and gave us the space and time to get to know the property we purchased. He was very approachable throughout the process.

Claude's extensive experience in selling real estate in the Highgate, Mt Lawley area was very helpful to the sale of our property. He was very professional and organised and a good communicator. He gave excelllent suggestions about the presentation of the property. We are sure this was a contributing factor in the ease of the sale of our property. Claude achieved a good price and our house was sold in 2 days (to our amazement and appreciation). Well done Claude. Thanks, Eli and Michelle
