It's difficult, or perhaps almost impossible, to objectively attribute the outcome of a property sale to the efforts of the Estate Agent due to the very many variables that may affect the sale of a property. Some of those variables are outside the control of the Agent, but I can say with a high level of confidence that Claudio Cuomo worked hard to achieve a very satisfactory outcome for the sale of my property and that outcome was due to the his efforts and that of his team.
We have had such a positive experience with Claudio and his team on the back of a very disappoint and negative experience with another agent. From the very first point of contact right through to settlement Claudio’s communication and his team’s commitment and support were so professional. He offered honest assessment of our home, recommendations on pre sale improvements, ongoing market insights, and was always available to discuss anything, I never felt rushed off the phone or like my questions were boring or obvious. When we carried out our final inspection of the property prior to settlement, the house had a severe plumbing issue, it did not have a single drop of water flowing through a single tap at the property and a massive leak (which is not what we inspected when we originally bought the house). The house was uninhabitable without water. As you could imagine, this problem caused us a lot of distress, sleepless nights and second thoughts on the purchase we made as a lot of hard earned money goes into purchasing property. However, the settlement agent that was looking after us, Omar Mahmood, made all the difference in our experience. He transformed a HUGE negative into a positive that changed our perception of this agency. He was able to identify the problem, find the right solution, and went above and beyond to get the problem fixed ASAP whilst managing various stakeholders. Rather than stuff around like others involved in the process, he ensured the relevant work was completed in a timely manner, constantly kept us in the loop as to progress, and got the job done! The reality is, we won't have settled if this problem was not solved as the property was uninhabitable.
