Claudio Cuomo was recommended to us by a work colleague, however, we were unprepared for his enthusiasm, determination and single mindness in making sure we presented the house in a fashion he was happy with prior to the selling campaign. Initially, this caused us much angst as we battled, and at times disagreed, on what furniture should be placed within the home and what needed to be removed. He was very bossy! Also you almost had to put your life on hold to maintain the house ready for two weekly open for inspections plus any private viewings, which there were quite a number. We found this very difficult and intrusive. At times we found Claudio a little "pushy' but we had to trust him as his knowledge of the Glenroy area was second to none. His market/media strategies and the printed material for our property we found amazing and we could not have wished for anything better. Claudio remained in constant contact, whether by him or his more than helpful team of Anna and William. We were kept up to date with the number of inspections, who requested section 32/contract of sale documents and who came through for second/third inspections. Also, who were most likely to be bidding on auction day. At all times we were briefed on how the marketing campaign was tracking against market indicators which we found very informative and helpful. The auction process was handled in a very professional manor and thanks to Claudio and his team, we received an amazing (almost unbelievable) result for our property. It was most unexpected but very much appreciated. We were even able to celebrate with a bottle of champagne and chocolates, with a monogrammed "Claudio Cuomo and Team" silver ice bucket which we got to keep which was a nice bonus! We were more than impressed throughout the selling process and would not have achieved the outstanding result if it was not for Claudio and his team's enthusiasm, professionalism, determination and knowledge of the Glenroy area.
