I tried to buy this property early when first listed. Claus was polite in how he approached this while obviously trying to do the best for the vendor by seeing what other offers may have been coming. He managed to keep me engaged while I assume still fielding offers from others which of course is in the best interest of the vendor. I would usually refuse to match an initial offer when asked several weeks later but Claus was good enough to extract that from me.
