Claus is a fantastic agent. Points for improvement in my opinion are: Know the home your selling like it’s your own! Get the vendor to test the agent on items, rooms, extras, especially when the agent prefers you not to be home during inspections! I decided to stay after about the fifth inspection and the agent not Claus didn’t know the answer and had to ask me! Very disappointed thinking what went wrong in the other inspections. Cadets, new consultants selling million dollar homes shouldn’t be left alone I feel. Thanks.
