It is fair to say that Clay in particular went well over and above the call of duty during the sales campaign to ensure we got a good result. We were thrown a few "curve balls" during our campaign as the market reacted to the recent interest rate rises, and there was a general feeling of buyer uncertainty / hesitancy in the air, but Clay and Nick remained focussed on the job at hand, diligently sticking to their tried and tested marketing campaign process throughout.
