Although most communication was via Steve and Karen, I feel it was Clay's last minute negotiations that achieved an outstanding result for us at the very last moment. Just as I arrived at the solicitor's to sign the contract for exchange he arrived to advise us he had achieved an additional $107,000 with 10% deposit and 6 week settlement rather than the earlier lesser amount with longer settlement and lower deposit. We were thrilled to say the least and avoided going to auction which suited us. The entire team were wonderful to deal with including assisting with and coordinating tradespeople and keeping us updated on potential buyers' comments and interest. Highly recommended.
