Good communication and stress free transaction

My wife and I both were delighted with Claytons efforts on our behalf. He is a most pleasant, open, experienced, knowledgeable, and thoroughly likeable young man. He explained everything to us and to potential purchasers, he worked very hard to give detailed feedback and progress to all involved in the process of selling and buying a house, and he was just the most open and likeable man to deal with. He and all of his team of agents, stylist, copywriter, photographer, were really pleasant and professional. Clayton had been referred to us by an acquaintance and we can now know why. We would recommend Clayton and Jellis Craig to our children and friends without hesitation. We also loved the way he conducted the auction which was respectful and personal to all bidders. I don't think we have ever received that level of inclusion and feedback and pleasantness from any other professional organisation or individual. It was a unique property presented beautifully which Clayton commented that it was very sellable, it was not about, would the property sell, rather how to market the property, create the interest to achieve a result which would meet our expectations.. His ability to tailor a marketing strategy for our particular property and not follow stock standard methods used by many agents made Clayton stand out and his appointment the obvious decision.
