Nick looked after us in a very professional way.Nothing seemed to be to much trouble and the negotiating skills seemed superb. We will be recommending him to all and sundry .He also saved our 3 year old granddaughter from the fearsome huntsman spider . Well done Nick.

Nick was very very helpful and great to work with

I felt that Nick was working for the buyers and not me. When I refused an offer he told me that 'if I were the buyer I would have told you to get stuffed by now'. At that point if there would have been another agent worth their salt in Campbell Town I would have ceased my dealings with Nick. Nick also was poor at guiding the buyers. One of a number of examples was a notation in the contract dealing with 'fixtures', which read 'all fixtures including BUILT IN CUPBOARDS'. One would have thought that Nick could have guided the buyer a bit better. I feel my sale fell well short of market value.

Nick went above and beyond his duties as an agent. Spot on Nick

A very good communicator, has a personality that shines. We think Nick will go far because he is able to go that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Pleased with service

My husband & both found Nick to be honest, reliable & very good at his job. The eventual sale went through without a hitch. Thank you Nick

Nick was great to talk to and always kept us informed on decisions and changes. He never pushed us into any decision, but always had the advice to give us. It was great pleasure dealing with Nick and would recommend him to anyone selling in the area. Thanks

I enjoyed my interaction with Nick and appreciated his local knowledge.I have nothing negative to say and look forward to meeting him when I'm in Tasmania next.

I found Nick to be a pleasant and easy to deal with person. Always responded to any communication promptly and kept in touch throughout our dealings.

What I needed was a quick sale. The block was the final hurdle to jump in order for me to get on with my future. Nick was fantastic. He understood that it wasn't really the money I was after but a quick and clean sale. He delivered this in fabulous time. He knew that I wanted to be fair and that I needed a buyer who felt the same. They got a great deal and I got my freedom. Many many thanks Nick if I ever need a R/E agent again I hope I can call on you. Kindest regards, madi hunt

Nick has done a fantastic job selling for me and made the process very quick and easy would highly recommend Nick
