After being dissatisfied with another firm, George rang me after I did some research on other properties in my area. He wasn't ringing me about my interest in the house I inspected so much as he also knew my house was on the market and that's where the relationship started. I was very careful about who I let sell my house the next time and got some very good advice from a close friend in Real Estate in Brisbane. George pretty much ticked every box of the things I was looking for and those he didn't managed to get ticked during the sale process. George will tell you the things you need to be told and not sugar coat it. Its then up to the vendor to deal with that information and make appropriate decisions for themselves. There are a number of people out there that will quote you unrealistic prices and I have to say getting your head out of that space once its in it has its challenges. So all up I am happy with the result and can move on with my life satisfied I got the best deal we were able to get under the circumstances.
