Colin was a absolute delight to work with and not at all like a real estate agent. He came to our first meeting fully prepared and knew all the relevant recent sales and zoning in my area. He was realistic in his advice about the potential sale price and reserve. His marketing strategy resulted in over 100 groups visiting the property. With so many potential buyers he had a lot of work to do. The house sold for more than $200,000 over the reserve. The sold price was higher than any other agent who I spoke to predicted. This was due to Colin's marketing strategy, negotiating skills and hard work.
