Colin is a fantastic agent who worked hard with us during every step of the sales process. We needed to do a substantial repaint of most of the interior and exterior plus prep the house for sale; Colin supplied recommendations for both painting/repairs and styling that were top notch. Once the house was ready, Colin produced a great video of the house and lots of marketing material to get the word out. Then - where it really counts - Colin worked hard to get to a shortlist of buyers and negotiated a great deal for both the buyer and we the vendors. We were super happy with the outcome and would wholeheartedly recommend Colin to anyone in the Mosman or Lower North Shore area!

From our first meeting I found Colin Craig to be of a highly professional standard . Was cooperative, kept me informed at all times about the property. Colin was never pushy and because of this I was able to make a very clear decision about the purchase of the house, professional from beginning to end. Am very happy with the outcome during a period of high emotion for me. I would highly recommend him. Norma Doyle Mosman

Colin and his team were fantastic. We were totally at ease and comfortable with the whole process. We were always kept up to date with what was happening, and felt very confident about our apartment selling for a great result (which it did!!)

Colin presents as a professional and trustworthy agent. He instilled sufficient confidence when interviewed to be our agent of choice. He manner is of cool, confident, calm and knowledgeable and his dealings with us were thoroughly professional.

We appointed Colin Craig to sell 9 Pearl Bay Ave, Mosman after reviewing 3 appraisals. Colin was so enthusiastic about the house from the time he walked through the garden. The marketing of the property was excellent and we had positive feedback from everyone who looked on the internet or print media. Colin gave helpful advice for improving the property for sale and his communication and accountability was fantastic. During the process of selling, phone calls and regular emails detailing interest meant we were kept fully informed. The final process of negotiation resulted in a purchaser with an offer we were delighted to accept. Hence we did not have to go to auction. We would be happy to recommend Colin Craig to anyone thinking of selling. The Wallace family

A well structured marketing campaign, clear feedback during the process and a successful auction. Ideal result. Happy vendors. Tereyna & Rob

Colin was a absolute delight to work with and not at all like a real estate agent. He came to our first meeting fully prepared and knew all the relevant recent sales and zoning in my area. He was realistic in his advice about the potential sale price and reserve. His marketing strategy resulted in over 100 groups visiting the property. With so many potential buyers he had a lot of work to do. The house sold for more than $200,000 over the reserve. The sold price was higher than any other agent who I spoke to predicted. This was due to Colin's marketing strategy, negotiating skills and hard work.

Hookers were already managing my house and Craig was assigned to look at selling options. We had a long viewing period but he was always optimistic that we were realistic in what we wanted.

Colin's market knowledge, ability to communicate with buyers and overall tenacity was excellent and exactly what I would expect from a top-notch agent. However, what impressed me the most was his ability to read the market during the course of the campaign and adjust the strategy accordingly. Without those adjustments, I do not believe that I would have achieved the result that I achieved. It was a pleasure to deal with Colin from start to finish and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to potential sellers.

Being unfamiliar with the current market, we were looking for an agent who would be honest in their appraisal and would work to get us the best price possible. Colin Craig was our choice. We're extremely pleased with the outcome of our sale and would recommend him to anyone wishing to have a very professional representative as their selling agent.

Dear Colin With the contracts now exchanged I wanted to say a big thank you for doing an exceptionally good job in selling our house. I think your recommendation not to accept the early market indications and to change the strategy mid campaign, together with your skills in negotiating, resulted in a sale price about 10% higher than we would have obtained had we taken the conventional "take it to auction and see what happens on the day" approach. Working with you has been a very pleasant and rewarding experience. Thank you on behalf of the whole family. Alistair

When making the decision to sell our house Colin gave us a lot of confidence. He gave us a lot of good idea's for how to prepare the house and a lot of good insight to the local market. We prepared the house very quickly, which was lot to do with the guidance and contacts Colin provided. We were given regular updates during the selling process and when we sold, even though it felt stressful Colin was supportive during the process. I would happily recommend Colin to anybody looking to sell in the Mosman area.
