The best agent I've ever dealt with. Don't think there would be a better agent in Australia. He obtained a fantastic price - before auction and has an approach that is honest, friendly, professional & fun and open that made selling the house an enjoyable breeze - I don't think you could find many agents that you could say that about! He's the best.

We were highly impressed with the process ran by Colin which resulted in an excellent outcome for our home. We would highly recommend using his services if you are considering selling your property.
We have worked with Colin on two property sales now. He knows his market and engenders a high level of trust. He understood and delivered to our needs, both in terms of outcome and process. We will use Colin again.
Very happy with Colin and team. Very easy to work with and did a fabulous job selling our house. Will definitely use Colin and team to sell our next place
Colin is professional, experienced and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the local market. He was always transparent, diplomatic and considerate in his communication and negotiations with ourselves and potential buyer's. He was proactive and added real value throughout the sales process.
I am pleased to provide this reference for Colin Craig. After a tough selection period we chose Colin and this resulted in an outstanding result. Even before we signed with Colin and, even when he was aware that there were a couple of agents who we were considering he provided outstanding support and was happy to give away all the secrets of getting the best finish for our sale. After we signed with Colin the attention to detail and the his interest continued. Colin did not send a juniors to our open houses he came to every every one even the ones at short notice which were unscheduled. He kept us informed and guided us in our final decisions. We can honestly say that Colin has been the most patient, reliable and easy to deal with property manager we have dealt with. Our needs and requests were dealt with efficiently and with sensitivity. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Colin to any one considering a sale or purchase
Colin has a genuine interest in, and an astute knowledge of the property market. He is intelligent and perceptive, and related to us as vendors with a respectful, but easy style. He is tactful and polite, and has a relaxed chatty manner. When I had occasion to inspect other properties he sold, his excellent communication skills with prospective buyers, were also very evident. In the lead up to the sale, he provided excellent recommendations/advice regarding stylist/tradespeople to present our home to the best advantage. He kept us informed frankly and with honesty, during the inspection period leading up to auction day. Colin is an excellent negotiator. He acted in our best interests, to achieve the best possible price for our home. We recommend him very highly!
Colin was our agent for two properties in recent months. We were delighted with the outcomes for both. The second property was a unit and we wanted to capitalise on its location. Colin targeted the right audience with quality messaging and presentation. It was priced correctly and was sold within 24 hours. Colin and his team were completely professional and managed the process to completion. Congratulations again.
We cannot speak highly enough of the level of service and professionalism we received from Colin during the sale of our apartment. At all times he maintained strong lines of communication and offered very timely and accurate advice.
Colin was fantastic. He sold my house for a fantastic price within approx 10 days of it going to market. He kept informed every step of the process, and ensured I had complete ownership of all decisions along the way. He has an easy manner about him which buyers (and sellers) warm to. His industry and local knowledge is excellent, as are his negotiation skills. I had the benefit of seeing Colin in action when he was attempting (successfully) to close my sale - he works extremely hard for the seller, but remains honest and upfront. I would highly recommend Colin to anyone contemplating selling their home. Colin did everything I had hoped a good agent would do (and more).
Colin is a fabulous agent who we highly recommend. He builds an excellent rapport with his clients and is polite, professional and extremely diligent. Colin went the extra mile to get the best sale price for our property and made sure we were well informed along the way. We enjoyed working with Colin and are thrilled with the auction result he achieved. Thanks for all your hard work Colin.
