Initially he reached out to myself regarding my property and advised that he could potentially achieve a sale price which was within what I was seeking to achieve. He wasn't unrealistic with value and we worked together on the price being set and what I wished to achieve in the sale. He exceeded my expectation is the best words to describe. Connor Munce is a legend. He did more than his duty for the smooth settlment while the Seller's solicitor was sleeping in the whole process with all the requests my solicitor made. If not having a support from Connor, I was not sure how to fix some of the roadblocks for settlment. Overall he did a great job.
