Cooper De Sousa is an experienced and driven agent that took care of my property sale with a professional and can do attitude. He always listened to ensure what I wanted was addressed and provided sound advice in the current challenging market. He works tirelessly and handled a difficult buyer extremely well during the negotiation phase to ensure all obstacles put up by the buyer were addressed and that the buyer would eventually sign on the contract.
