Costa was known to the vendor prior to her passing and she always liked him. When it came time to sell, there was little opposition as Costa and his partners have that area pretty much down pat. He picked originally what was his feeling of fair market price and that was exactly what we got!

This was our first home and the first time we were putting a property on the market, quite a daunting time.
