When I met Courtney he immediately identified the most relevant characteristics of my house and land to sell and started to talk abut the appropriate customers. He did only a couple of house compares because these were the most comparable and even then made adjustments, up and down for price, between them and mine. His buyers' database was enormous and he knew who to target on it. His work ethic was impressive with 4 opens per week and throughout the sales campaign provided highly pertinent comments re real buyers' comments. His price assessment on first day was very close and his work through the campaign built it up and then his performance as an auctioneer gave me a great result. He brought over 100 people to the auction with many bidders and it went as he had outlined it should. The result was great but the experience over the 4 weeks was extremely impressive. Courtney is honest, smart and knows how to make things happen.
