I had a very positive experience working with Ian and Ethan from Ray White Preston throughout the sale of my property. They were professional, responsive and kept me well informed throughout the process, always communicating clearly and promptly. I appreciated their diligence, calm approach and willingness to collaborate along the way, and I was very pleased with the final result achieved. A real pleasure to work with, from start to finish!

When I was looking for an agent to sell my house, I was considering three people from different agencies. Ian really stood out as he was quite a warm and engaging individual. The first impression was a great one with a lot of laughs and straight up chat, with no wild promises. I knew I wanted potential buyers to also have a positive experience with my agent, so I choose Ian. He was always lovely to deal with, professional, and his team were great, no doubt a testament to his leadership. Neither they nor he ever made me feel like I was disturbing them with my questions, which is important when you're selling, especially in today's uncertain market. I had a vendors advocate with me through the process, and Ian worked really well with him making me feel confident in my choice. At the end of the day the result was outstanding and far beyond what I could have imagined! Thank you Ian, Anthony and the rest of the team for a wonderful result and journey. I would definitely engage your services again when the need arises.

As an expert buyer’s and vendor advocate, I have worked alongside more than 1,000 agents and understand the clear difference between average representation and true expertise. That level of skill is exactly what was required in this campaign. Despite a strong marketing process, the sale ultimately came down to securing the best result under challenging circumstances. Ian, together with auctioneer Matt, executed a thoughtful and effective strategy that led to a successful post-auction sale on the day, and importantly, achieved a price above what my vendor was prepared to accept.
