We specifically seeked Ian out after seeing his results in our area. He was very professional, approachable, friendly and easy to work with. He was always easy to contact and returned calls promptly. We were very happy with our result. It was a pleasure to have met Ian and Laura. Would highly recommend Ian anytime.
Ian was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had no issues as a buyer.
On meeting Ian we felt he was genuine and eager for the listing. During the campaign we felt he was level headed and honest and obtained a great result for us. Ian and Rose were very helpful in making the process as smooth and stress free as possible.
When I first spoke with in over the phone a year ago I knew he was the man to sell our place. He is Professional, easy going and ended up getting us a record breaking result for the area. Very happy with his service. Will defiantly recommend him to anybody Cheers Ian!
From the moment we met Ian Dempsey we knew he and Ray White Preston were the right Agent for us. Ian even went to the effort of meeting us in own family home for the initial meeting and we live no where near his office or the property that we were actually selling. Ian’s updates throughout the Marketing Campaign and calls after the inspections were superb – quick and concise discussions about the number of parties inspecting and their level of interest. Despite the challenges of continuous lockdowns, Ian was able to find us a buyer and secure the sale before Auction. Thank you Ian Dempsey from Ray White Preston for all your hard work.
Ian has been very helpful, open and responded to my question in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable on the market
What can I say, if you want to get the best possible price for your house, I strongly recommend Ian. Strong communicator and negotiation skills, I felt in good hands with Ian and his team looking after me, and achieved a good result in selling of my house. Personable, responsive, professional and experienced. Strongly recommend Ian.
He is very experienced and effective to making the sale even in the lockdown period. Very knowledgeable and professional.
Ian was very easy to deal with His knowledge of the area was very accurate and gave me the result and more Very happy to deal with Ian and hope to continue dealing with him
We chose Ian as our agent given his sale accolades and knowledge of the Preston housing market. Due to Covid restrictions we sadly didn’t get the campaign we were hoping for, or the live auction. Instead Ian worked tirelessly to secure us an offer above the range following one zoom inspection. All throughout our communications (which we’re late into the evening on occasion) Ian lived up to his name and got the job done, once again. Would definitely recommend him to friends/family.
Ian is a good communicator. He explained each step on the way to selling my home. I’m very pleased with the result and the service I was given
Ian Dempsey
