We couldn't have been any happier with Ian's handling of the sale of our property. The whole process was seamless. He took care of absolutely everything, from start to finish. Even meeting with us outside of "normal" business hrs, which was a massive help having 3 young children. We got the result we were after, which was great. He and his team went above and beyond. We have already, and will continue to recommend Ian to all our family and friends whether they are buying or selling. So if you're looking for an agent to buy or sell through, Ian comes with a 5 star recommendation from us!

Ian worked relentlessly in current market conditions to achieve the best possible price for the sale of our property. He kept us informed all the way so that we could effectively evaluate our decision to sell the property.

Very responsive and gives the right advice. I felt comfortable leaving my property in Ian’s hands, and knew he would get the property would get sold

What a great experience dealing with Ian and his fantastic team. The communication throughout by Ian and his team was amazing and the feedback from a mystery shopper confirmed the professionalism displayed by the team during openings. A wonderful experience.

We could not be happier with the service and professionalism of Ian Dempsey and his team at Ray White Preston. From the start of the campaign to the final sale Ray White went above and beyond to sell our property. We highly recommend Ian and his team if you are thinking of selling.

Very professionalism and achieved the maximum out come Many thanks R&S

Thank you for making the transaction process simple and smooth - very pleasant to deal with and your vendors clearly love you

We recently sold our house with Ray White using Ian Dempsey as the lead agent. From the first conversation I had with him I found him to be charming, likeable and extremely knowledgeable. We met with another firm to get a second opinion and myself and my husband both agreed that Ian was the one we felt most comfortable with.Selling a house at any time is filled with anxiety and stress, but with the recent downward turn in the market the uncertainty was very worrying. I can’t stress highly enough how fabulous Ian has been. Available 24/7 for all inquiries, questions, or chats, Ian’s commitment to us as vendors was outstanding. For the entire campaign we have felt involved and aware across the whole process. His easy demeanour, contagious laugh, and affable approach struck just the right chord. We got the price we thought our home deserved, the price we wanted, the price Ian assured us we could get, and we couldn’t be happier. Ian’s reputation is extraordinary within the Northern real estate and for good reason. He is bloody good at what he does and deserves his success. A lovely man whom I would recommend to anyone wishing to sell their home. Kate and Paul.... and family

Ian, Rose and team members I have appreciated the effort you have all put in toward selling my home. From our first meeting I was very impressed with the presentation you put forth and the follow ups along the way. Promotions and photos were excellent and your hard work paid off. On behalf of myself, John and Faye we sincerely thank you for a job well done.

Well done Ian. I look forward to a copy of the after-sale photo.

I selected Ray White as my agent based on the initial meeting with Ian due to his enthusiasm, friendliness, knowledge of the area, experience and open and honest communication. My initial thoughts and gut feel were further confirmed throughout the process. Ian stayed in constant contact, provided feedback and assistance, was easy to communicate with, was warm, professional and very easy to work with. The sale campaign was extremely successful and my house was successfully sold at auction. I would highly recommend Ian to anyone looking for a real estate agent in the future.

Good result in a slowing market. Ian worked hard to get the best result possible.
