Ian is a Real Estate professional. He is passionate and knowledgeable about his work. I employed his services to sell my rental property. He and his associate (Anthony) organised the marketing, staging, open day viewings, auction date etc. A phone call to update me, after each open home was very good. It helped me understand who was attending, why, price range expectation and who could be a potential buyer. A weekly campaign report was emailed to me detailing aspects of the campaign process thus far. I was also given examples of similar properties for sale in the surrounding area. I understood that the current market is soft and it favours buyers. These examples gave me perspective and comparison. I realised there could be a big deficit between my expected sell price and a buyer's offer. I told Ian that I was realistic and was prepared for some heartache on auction day. Auction day was 'another day at the office' for Ian. He was calm cool and collective. I was anxious. His experience showed and I was quite impressed. Ian is a natural negotiator. When we got down to the final buyer, he did his magic and got the result. He did his best to minimise my heartache. The final sale price exceeded my expectation. I am extremely happy. Over the 4 week complain it was a challenge for Ian and the team to convince the buyers living on a main road was alright as alot of buyers did comment they didn't like the main road as it was noisey and loud to their liking. But they were focusing on the positive things on the house and how well ooked after by one owner over the past 62 years. The house had lot of good quality Ian and Ethan made lots of calls to the buyers to follow up on buyers opinion's and worked so hard for people turn up on Auction day as it was hard tell what buyers were prepared to pay
Promises a complete fairy tale before they take over to sell your property then. Forces to sell the property claiming the market is down at very low offer they get and then threaten to not woe with the property owner anymore. Definitely selfish and work for themselves and not for vendor so they get paid their commission. Please stay away from this store. Completely undersold my property.
