From the outset, Craig was a pleasure to deal with in our property purchase. We were engaged very early in the sales process and he was very open and honest about the property and price expectations of the vendor. He was always quick to answer any questions we had and made the initial engagement easy. After our offer was accepted, we had some delays with our financing due to COVID and the bank running at a snail's pace. Despite these delays, Craig was cool, calm and collected which was reassuring for both us and no doubt also for the vendor during what can be a somewhat nerve-racking and hazardous stage in the sale, especially given the competing interest on the property.
