As Craig is the owner/operator of Cooper Coastal Properties he is not looking at the clock for the 5 o'clock finish nor at how many days off he can have, unlike others working as employees on a wage/commission. His willingness to meet with vendors and or possible purchasers at any time is a huge plus and certainly helped us 'get over the line' with our sale.
