Chris Pham and the team were amazing. They were thoroughly professional, efficient, friendly and hard working. The advice they offered was honest and extremely helpful and clearly explained. The people they recommended to assist in preparing our house for sale were all outstanding and did an excellent job. We both sold and bought a new house through Chris and we felt he represented our interests extremely well, giving timely, helpful and pertinent advice at all times, ensuring we were always kept up to date with the information we needed. The people from the Acton Belle office were also outstanding; nothing was too much trouble and they were always available to answer questions, offer advice and keep us informed of the process. The buying and selling of a house is an extremely stressful process, but the Acton Belle Mount Lawley team eased our concerns and made the whole experience a positive and successful one.
