My experience with Craig has been very positive. He is very prompt with his responses and making sure he kept me up to date with my offer as well as communications between the solicitors. He is quite assertive but I guess he wants to ensure things are done on time and without any delays.

I could not have managed the sale of the property without Craig. I don't live in Sydney, and the previous tenant was a hoarder. Craig quickly and efficiently cleared 20 years of hoarding from the apartment, doing most of the work himself in an astonishingly short amount of time. The place had to be guttered and completely renovated, and Craig organized the very cost-effective quotes and trades - essentially managing the renovation himself, all the while keeping me informed. He also went to the trouble of buying new blinds and installing them himself, to help me save money. He also managed to find a number of interested parties in the property, and it sold quickly, the price above my expectation. I can't recommend Craig highly enough! It's not often one finds such personal attention from an agent.

Craig went out of his way to help us purchase a wonderful 2 bedroom unit in Bondi. Nothing was too much trouble, he was a cut above other agents in the area. Highly recommend.
