My experience with Crystal Li preparing/ marketing/ selling my investment unit was a very positive and successful one. She was very efficient in organising trades to prepare the unit for sale. As I was away for the marketing campaign,Crystal notified me after each open house about the potential buyers ,their feedback and was very diligent about following them up. The auction was scheduled for the day after I returned from overseas- Crystal accommodated a new buyer and their buyers agent to several viewings of the unit a couple days before and encouraged them to make an offer before auction to secure the unit - both of us were thrilled with the higher than expected offer and accepted it .
