Tom is great to deal with. Super responsive to any query and always doing more than you asked. I went to look at 1 property and next i know he's lined up 2 more potentials and always going out of his way to give that extra. Much appreciate your time and effort Tom. All the beat to you & Nat!
Tom has been an excellent agent and I would recommend him to anyone. He went above and beyond to sell 17 Haywood Trail Leeming with compassion and understanding to my elderly father. Tom is a very genuine and honest realestate agent.
It was a truly professional service that Tom has provided to us to buy our first ever home. He is dedicated, punctual and an approachable sales agent. He does not hesitate to go an extra mile to provide excellent services. Great job Tom!!
Tom was always communicative, supportive, helpful and offered great suggestions. Kept us very informed of events which was appreciated. His wife Nat was equally helpful and considerate. Together they formed a top team who were a delight to deal with during, what can be, a traumatic event. A dynamic duo!
With Nat and Tom's advise and guidence we able to share the best features of our home resulting in a very quick sale. Tom kept us updated constantly and the sale went very smoothly Both acted with complete integrity throughout the whole process and i would have absolutely no hesitation in using them again in the future.
I would have to say a massive thank you to Tom & Nat they have restored my faith in Real Estate Services. That said having now had the pleasure to deal with Tom & Nat regarding the sale of our property why would ever want to deal with anyone else? From the moment we began discussing the potential sale of our property these guys brought a very high level of service and professionalism to the table. Their non-pushy approach coupled with excellent local market knowledge and flexibility was a breath of fresh air. No detail was left to chance in the process with Tom one step ahead of the game from day one. In the end this unparalleled approach led to our home selling in 2 days at a very fair value to everyone. I would wholly recommend Tom & Nat to anyone wanting an exceptional agent to act for them and would certainly be coming back to them for any future Real Estate requirements. Craig
Tom is a really fantastic agent. It was my first time buying a house and there were many changes made by us on the way but Tom continued to be very kind, helpful and strived to do the best he can with the purchase. He has really helped us go through this whole process smoothly and I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family when they wish to make a purchase with Remax.
Tom makes the extra effort to ensure the process of the sale and buying goes smooth for both the seller and in my case buyer.
Tom and Nat were willing to go over and above to sell our home. Definitely put in the time to accomplish an offer for us. Their honesty and loyalty has been much appreciated. John and Lynne
Tom went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us with questions, queries and issues along the way. His communication was second to none throughout the process. A really down-to-earth, humble and more importantly “not-pushy” agent who genuinely wanted the best for both parties involved in the sale. Would recommend him to anyone.
From start to finish of our purchase, Tom has been fantastic! He made magic happen! Keeping us informed at every step of the process which made our purchase seamless! He is sincere and has in depth knowledge of the Real Estate industry. Overall a very positive experience and we would recommend and use him again without hesitation!
