We looked at a few agents but we chose Tom because he came prepared with information and ideas on selling our house. He was also enthusiastic and keen to get the best possible price for us. We managed to get a great offer and would definitely recommend Tom to anyone looking at selling their house.

I own the real estate business and I offered all staff the opportunity to sell my home for me. And yes I paid full fees. Tom and Nat were the ones that came through with the results and their communication was exceptional. More important was that the communication was as good with all stakeholders as it was with me. Well done guys I'm proud of you Regards Paul and Brenda

We recently dealt with Tom on the purchase of our forever home in Jandakot. We had been to so many home opens and were so sick of dealing with agents not being able to provide us with proper market info and playing ridiculous sales games. It was so lovely and refreshing to deal with Tom as he was very straight forward and didn't muck us around at all. He never took long to return calls or messages and went out of his way to help us find the perfect house. Tom is a very friendly and helpful guy who has been a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their house or needing help to find a great place to live.

We dealt with many agents during our house hunting. Out of them, we highly recommend Tom to sellers. He is very approachable and trustworthy, the key qualities required for attracting prospective buyers. He also works hard, follows up on queries immediately and keeps you in the loop throughout the process. We feel very satisfied with the service we received from Tom's team.

I first contacted Tom about 6 months ago online to get an indication of what our house might be worth before we decided to sell. During that time Tom often called or emailed just to keep in touch. When the time came to actually sell our home I immediately thought of Tom and asked him to appraise our house along with 2 other Real Estate Agents. I found Tom to be honest, trustworthy and very personable and decided he was the best person to sell our home. During the selling period he offered constructive advice and was always available to answer any questions put to him. On our first open home we had interested parties that Tom followed through on and was successful in selling our home within the month. I would definately recommend Tom and Natalie.

Tom has provided a great help in negotiation between buyer and seller in both time and price. And he also has a good sense of time control in such as getting the finance and settlement. He is one of the top agents we have seen at no doubt.

We found Tom very knowledgable, dilligent and proactive ,he developed and informed relationship for us to achieve a successful outcome.I would recommend Tom without hesitation.

Tom is a responsible, easygoing and nice person. We are happy with the service.

Tom introduced himself to me after hearing from a colleague I was going to be selling my home and free of charge he compiled a house valuation and summary of past sales in the Leeming area even though I had made no commitment to list my house with him. In contrast I had previously reached out to another real-estate company who simply said call back when you want us to list your house and even forgot who we were when we attended a home open they were selling. On that basis alone I signed up with Tom and Natalie as their attention to detail to make sure all approvals were in place made for an extremely smooth sale process and not once did I have to reach out to Tom/Natalie to see where we were at in the sale process. I would describe Tom and Natalie as professional, hardworking, ethical and paying particular attention to detail. Tom is by all accounts relentless in pursuing the best outcome for his client and is exactly the type of person you need in this difficult selling market. When it comes time for me to sell my investment properties or recommend somebody to a friend or colleague it will be the Tom and Natalie Team.
