Communication key points were great. He listened to our thoughts on where we were at and did not push us on the Auction portion and then eventual sale. He kept updating on and evaluating the potential customers and the potential lookers. Weekly reports listed comments and follow up to potential customers. Damien has a good understanding of the market and where it is at But as any seller would say, there is always room for more. !
