There is no doubt Damien and his team is a well oiled machine. I have felt very supported through the whole process of being both a buyer and a vendor with Raywhite Byron Bay. The team kept me informed and up to date every step of the way. Fantastic service by Paul and April made the process stress free. If you are thinking of signing up with Damien.. Don’t hesitate! I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell. Thanks again! Trude and Simba.

Damien gave us a hassle free sale. We put our property in his hands and let him work his magic. He came to us with an offer we were happy with. All smooth sailing.

Damien’s local market knowledge is remarkable. He has an unwavering drive to get the best outcome and goes above and beyond to ensure all questions are answered and issues resolved. We found him to have the highest of ethical standards and are truly delighted with the result. Would recommend him to any potential buyers in the byron market.

We listed our Byron property with Damien at the start of Covid & have just purchased another through him. He knows heaps of helpful people around town & has gone the extra mile especially when needed the most without us asking.

We achieved a satisfactory outcome. It is not totally completed as yet but to date Damien Smith of Ray White Real Estate brand has been, helpful, engaging, mindful and offered Insite towards potential outcomes throughout the process of selling. Communication key points were great. He listened to our thoughts on where we were at and did not push us on the Auction portion and then eventual sale. He kept updating on and evaluating the potential customers and the potential lookers. Weekly reports listed comments and follow up to potential customers. Damien has a good understanding of the market and where it is at But as any seller would say, there is always room for more. !

Could not be happier with Damien. He is knowledgeable and interested in what we were looking for. Showed us relevant properties, was to the point with details, and when we found ‘the property’ his communication and support to us was exemplary. Totally trustworthy, great communication skills and totally professional - an excellent experience for us.

After originally meeting Damien as purchasers, we had no hesitation in engaging him to act on our Sale. He is professional but not pushy. His advice was spot on and his negotiation skills quickly secured us an attractive offer and a speedy Exchange. Damien has a great team behind him but he always leads from the front. Even before we listed the property for sale, he helped smooth the path with our existing tenant, which meant that the apartment was beautifully presented for photographs and Opens. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damien as an Agent in the Byron area.

Damien and April were both terrific to deal with. Their communication was clear and continuous. Not living locally meant that I needed an agent I could truly trust to sell my property. Damien provided me with the confidence and knowledge to achieve the best outcome.

Damien was great to deal with. He communicated well back and forth between myself and the seller. He was prompt, honest, and detailed knowledge of the place is was buying. Damien made the process easy and took the time to answer my questions along the way. He went above and beyond what was needed with collecting information that I had requested. I would recommend Damien to anyone in the area that is looking to buy or sell.

Damian was prompt, informative and direct with his communication during our purchase. His easy going nature combined with his professionalism made the experience as stress free as possible. We are happy to recommend him as an agent and would certainly consider working with him again.

From the get-go, Damien and April were absolutely fantastic to work with. Clear, honest, open in their communications and highly professional throughout, we ended up selling our home for the price we wanted. My wife and I found them both to be extremely considerate of our needs and diligent in their work, and we would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home with no hassle whatsoever. They don't miss a trick. Thank you, Damien and April, for everything.

Damien was good to work with as a tenant and a buyer!
