Living in the Byron Shire for 30 years & then wanting to sell & move to another area is a massive decision to make. So what Agent do you choose? One that lives in the area, knows the market & the community. Having already purchased our new dream home, the ever moving market changes made it super difficult for us to find the right buyer. Damien made these challenges easy to navigate. He listened to us through every move & whilst he gave his opinion of which direction we needed to take, we never felt pressured. The most important part of the process in selling our home is the fact that Damien had absolute dedication & interest in our home & never had a negative word to say. He had our back the whole time. As a local of 32 years we valued his utmost professionalism, constant commuincation & dedication to our home & us. Thank you for helping us to move to our new home & thank you for a job well done. There will always be a special part of Byron Bay in our hearts.
Dealing with Damien made us feel very confident he would get the Sale of our house over the line. We had some stressful moments that he handled very professionally, & throughout the whole Sale campaign, he always replied to our questions & concerns straight away. It was great to deal with such a genuine person who gave the campaign his full attention to the end, we highly recommend Damien.
Damien was always available and always supported us in every way. He was very knowledgeable of the local market and was able to keep us updated. We can recommend his services

Damien and Nick helped us sell our home in Lennox Head. They are straight shooters with a keen knowledge of the local market. They handled our questions and concerns attentively and politely. I recommend them in a heartbeat.
Being overseas and not being able to see the property at any stage during the viewings and then the purchase process; it was reassuring to know that Damien was always there, friendly and helpful and contactable at all times. The transition as well from purchasing the property from Damien to renting it out through his agency was seamless and super fast. We are delighted! Highly recommend.
Damien Smith and his team recently assisted my sister and I in the sale of our mother’s property in Byron Bay following her recent passing. I had to return to New Zealand but Damien and Darcy Whitfeld kept us up to date with progress reports by email and phone. We found the whole process very stress free. We would recommend Damien and his team to any prospective vendors.
