When I first met Dan, I had already met with some other agents. One of the agents was very negative towards my property and the other was overly positive. What I liked about Dan was that he came in and gave me a list of things that he believed we should do prior to listing the property in order to maximise our sale price. The list was extensive and he knew it would be 6+ months until we were ready to list. I appreciated the honesty of that approach rather than just pushing us to sign up for sale there and then. Dan sold an investment property for us at the end of 2016. The complication was that we live in Perth and the investment property was 4 400 km away! Dan was enthusiastic and well prepared and every interaction we had with him was the same.
