This new development of 4 town-houses was very professionally marketed by Danelle. The result was 3 were sold off the plan and the final one within a few weeks of completing the development. The selling of this property had many obstacles, not the least of which was tenants in the place. The strength I believe in Danelle's ability to sell property is 1. Complemented by her husband Jonathan who was a builder, and can answer many of the building and cost related questions related to repairs 2. Exceptional interpersonal skills in balancing the needs of tenants and the needs of buyers simulataneously. 3. The incredible work ethic in ensuring that your property is a priority as reflected in the number of open homes , the hours of work Danelle puts in and the ability to maintain hope within the seller of a sale 4. Danelle's ability to close out the deal and not creating unrealistic expectations of property valuations right from the outset. 5. The commission of 3.3% is higher than many other agencies and maybe a deterrent for many sellers, however they worked really hard and long hours into the night and whilst it wasn't exactly the price we would have liked , it got the outcome we wanted, a sale, in a relatively flat market.
