Compared Daniel Atsis to the two other specialist Richmond agents. Of those, one undervalued the property by $400k. The other returned phone calls only after my second call. Daniel was always responsive and indeed proactive. His valuation was right on the money because he obviously has a superior market knowledge. He managed the marketing and auction process brilliantly. I felt that Hocking Stuart were a better bet because they were slightly smaller than the opposition. This guaranteed a much much more focussed and tailored service.
