We were delighted with the way Couture realty, both Dan and Clinton, helped us at every step. We were phoned regularly with new details. As it was quite some time before we were able to put the house on the market, prior or to signing up with Couture realty we were not pestered or pressured with outlandish promises, just given facts and suggestions, with agreement to have them phone in a designated time for a check on how things were going. Once the sale process commenced we were kept in the picture constantly. I am pleased we signed up as they negotiated an excellent price for a sale within less than 2 weeks. Settlement was about 5-6 weeks, only because of the Christmas holiday period.
