I had to assist my mother sell her house when my father passed away and I was not looking forward to any additional work and stress at this time. I checked in with the local Real Estate agents in Moorebank and on the surface it was hard to decide as I always heard about positive experiences. When I spoke to my neighbours who had friends that have recently moved out of Moorebank, Daniel's name was mentioned several times as being someone that had great local experience, was very experienced in selling and was a genuine person. I went to see Daniel in person and we talked about my mothers situation and what she wanted to do and her expectations and I was very impressed with Daniel from out first meeting and we decided to let Daniel sell our family home. It took him one inspection with a beautiful family, the deal was done and settlement complete within 3 weeks which allowed me to buy our family home in that time frame !
