When I first contacted Daniel to indicate I needed to sell my property due to economic factors and rate rises, Daniel had a can do attitude getting straight onto the marketing aspect and suggesting sale by Negotiation instead of Auctions which i was happy to let the expert advise on this and go from here. With a Week we had the house on the market and after only 2 open houses we had multiple offers that in the end we decided to accept that was above Fair Market value and myself and my wife were very happy with. The speed that we got the property on the market and sold has greatly assisted and Family Cash flow and Settlement is Mid January which is great.
