Daniel sold our 1st home in 2011 within 22 days during the GFC for our goal price in a very slow market - unheard of at that time! We then rented through Prestige post-settlement for approx 3 years during the build of our dream home - they're very diligent with inspections, I'd absolutely use them if I were a landlord! Come time for us to downsize from our dream home, of course we had our agent Daniel list our current home. He knows the market well & told us it's value honestly and realistically.
