Daniel negotiated a great offer prior to auction that we were happy to accept. He is easy to work with, punctual and professional. He also demonstrated great suburb knowledge.

Daniel had such a can do attitude, there wasnt any task that arose which he couldn't handle. Once we told Daniel about our situation downsizing dad he got straight to work and was helping us in every aspect , from marketing , finance , inspections , communication, pointers about our next purchase. He really stepped up and helped me with it all as I was helping my dad downsize all the phone calls and paperwork was a massive task made simple with Daniels help. He helped around the house too would you believe it ? Yes changing light bulbs and helping us tidy the yard up ready for our first inspection. I really cant fault Daniel. I felt I was in safe trustworthy hands straight away after our first sit down with him. I thank you for helping us mate really kind off you.

Daniel was an absoulete pleasure to work with. He made out sale process not only easy but enjoyable. Daniel made sure he consider our whole family with every move that was made. Has been an amazing experience and I highly recommend to anyone who is looking at buying or selling 😊
