We had three real estate agents offer to evaluate our house. One just sent us an email with a report from REA, another one while great didn't have us sold on selling our house. That's when my cousin who just sold her house with Daniel told us to call him. We called Daniel and said we might be interested in selling and we wanted to get an idea from him what he thought we could get for the house. At this point he knew we weren't 100% on selling. He came the very next day he prepared a binded folder with our property, market insights and what he thought we could get for our home. After walking through and seeing all the improvements we made he suggested a higher price then what the market told him and we had a figure in mind we would be happy with. It was a 30 minute conversation at most. Daniel ended up staying for almost 3 hours just having a chat, getting to know us and us getting to know him. As soon as he left my wife and I knew that he was going to go above and beyond for us to achieve the price we had set in our minds...he gave us a clear timeline of 2-6 weeks of being on market then 42 days for settlement. Two weeks after our meeting, photography was completed and we were ready to go on market. We went to market on Saturday, Alex and Daniel took over 50 inquiries over the weekend and managed budgets and expectations with all potential buyers and brought through two families on Tuesday night and by Wednesday we accepted an offer and sold the house. We were on market for 4 days and are moving out in a few weeks. The team at Simon property co even managed to get us into a rental while we build our new home all of which Daniel also organised.
