We had three real estate agents offer to evaluate our house. One just sent us an email with a report from REA, another one while great didn't have us sold on selling our house. That's when my cousin who just sold her house with Daniel told us to call him. We called Daniel and said we might be interested in selling and we wanted to get an idea from him what he thought we could get for the house. At this point he knew we weren't 100% on selling. He came the very next day he prepared a binded folder with our property, market insights and what he thought we could get for our home.
