Daniel Moro has is the most ethical real estate agent I have met. I interviewed 6 agents including Daniel. Daniels valuation of my property was the lowest from the group. I gave the agency to another company for three months because he gave me a high valuation. Two weeks later this company said we must start reducing the price!!! When I asked this company why he has given me a high valuation, his response was “I took a shot” Daniel correctly predicted this would happen. Daniel told me that he lost many listings because he gave vendors a true valuation of their property. He said it was against his principles to give a high valuation to obtain a listing. I was so surprised with Daniels work ethic when he took over the listing. He was so hard working. He created many beautiful pictures for the website. He was holding open houses almost every day. He created so much viewing traffic. He regularly called me after 9.00 pm to update me on the outcome of the open house. I regret not giving the listing initially. My advice to anyone who is considering selling your property, please engage Daniel. I will recommend him to anyone who is selling their property. He is one of the very few ethical agents in the industry.

My wife and I have been looking for our first property for the last 5 months. It was a stressful experience as we felt pressures regarding deadlines for our pre approval. Every week there was more and new information to digest regarding our decision with purchasing our first property. We were lucky to find a property that Daniel was handling.
