At date of the sale was good and helpful, but after the final inspection was done , had some issues to be sorted, like a damage door, the settlement agent was informed too. After getting the keys , I noticed the door was not fixed and I informed my settlement agent and they send a email to rectify the issue, until now now reply at all. I had to get someone and fix it. Hence I will not recommend .
