Nothing is to much trouble and when troubles arise with buyers as they occassially do they are communicative and proactive in resolving any issues. We would give them 100 stars but we only have the option to give them 5.
When coming to sell my property, I had 4 agency meetings and ultimately chose Danuta and Paul at Quinn. At no point did I feel they were ‘salesy’, they put no pressure on me, they gave off a family energy which made me feel safe knowing they would put my needs first for the sale. Their communication was excellent, always a reply or call back basically immediately. They kept things super easy and stress free. I will definitely be keeping Paul and Danuta’s number in my contacts for any future real estate matters and would 100% recommend.

Everything was so easy, as my first home purchase I was nervous and unsure of all the processes, Danuta was fantastic! Reassuring and answered any questions I had very quickly. Danuta and Paul are a great team. They work to their individual strengths which complement each other providing a well rounded and great service. They are knowledgeable, patient and forthcoming with information at every level.
The interactions with both Paul and Danuta were pleasant in the lead up to the settlement. There was lack of communication with their own conveyancer. We had requested an early settlement as contemplated in the contract of sale and we were working towards that date however at the last minute we got told that they were not keen to move the settlement date. The 2nd major issue was within a week after settlement when the tenants switched on the Airconditioner (A/c unit), we had a water leak. First a plumber had to be called and then subsequently a A/c unit engineer. The A/c unit engineer diagnosed the issue as the coils not working, the drain clogged and the air filters requiring replacement. All of this maintenance had to be undertaken. They would have known that the A/c unit was not functioning and needed maintenance. From a professional ethics perspective, they should have communicated this so as to avoid any damage to the asset. The maintenance could have been done before the A/c unit was switched on. As buyers of a property we place a lot of trust in the selling agent to be transparent about the property and unfortunately in this case they have breached that trust. I hope by highlighting this incident I am able to help other potential buyers.
Danuta and Paul Williams are top agents in our opinion, they offered us advice and guidance when we were looking to sell our home after 22 years. We had at least 5 real estate appraisals before selling and they won our listing due to their professionalism, punctuality, patience and respectful nature as well as meeting our expectation on the appraisal. They were mindful not to encroach on our personal life and gave us time to relocate to our new property before selling without being pushy.
