My husband and I bought our new property through Dave and then sold our old property through Dave as well. His knowledge of the local area and its sales and other real estate issues are second to none. I would happily use Dave's services again should we need them and recommend him to others. Dave is a very genuine person. He is straightforward in his approach to people and there is none of the other sales "bluff" that is regularly used in the sales field.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with David Cooper. We met with about 3 or 4 of realtors before David, but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is very easy to talk to, extremely friendly and I felt like I've known him forever. He gave us accurate appraisal for our house and kept us informed about everything along the way. His calm attitude rubs on and I never felt the stress that normally comes with selling a property. He even took care of a problem we had with our solar well after we sold which he didn't even have to do in the first place.
